Community support is at the heart of Argenta.
The heart of a community is embedded in those that live, work, play and volunteer! We are thankful for our founders, our community, our volunteers, our entrepreneurs and our guests. We strive to empower and promote a safe, fun, thriving community and we invite you to get involved. We have grown tremendously over the past 15 years in a very unique way. This did not happen with just one person (although we can point to who started the rebirth of Argenta, thank you John Gaudin), but rather a group of invested wise community members that realized our city was ready to become known as the cultural destination of central Arkansas. The economic, cultural and social impact this effort has made is one to be recognized and celebrated. Please look for opportunities to get involved and we look forward to seeing you soon!
As a Main Street Americaβ’ Accredited program, The Argenta Downtown Council is a recognized leading program among the national network of more than 1,200 neighborhoods and communities who share both a commitment to creating high-quality places and to building stronger communities through preservation-based economic development. All Main Street Americaβ’ Accredited programs meet a set of National Accreditation Standards of Performance as outlined by the National Main Street Center.
