Enjoy amazing roasted whole hogs provided by Compart Family Farms’ Duroc Premium Pork – the “Black Angus” of pork – cooked by some of Arkansas’ most ambitious roasters.
Hogs are judged by a panel of experts at 7:00 pm. Winners gets cash prizes! Plus, all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winning teams will receive trophies. Get down with Arkansas music, hogs, moonshine and more on the first Saturday in October at the new, spacious, gated Argenta Green Park, just east of the plaza and trolley barn. Plenty of free parking.
